Where We Ship We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping availability and rates vary by destination.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 7–15 business days after production

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Please Note – Goods Sourced Outside the UK Some of our products are sourced or fulfilled from outside the United Kingdom. In rare cases, these orders may be subject to UK customs charges, import VAT, or a Royal Mail/courier handling fee upon delivery. Where this applies, it is outside our control and any charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We will always aim to make this clear on affected product listings where possible.

International Shipping 

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout.

Important – Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees Please be aware that DBUKStore does not collect import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to charges levied by your destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order, as we are unable to refund orders refused at customs.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your contact email] and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
